Do NOT use this business. We paid upfront for 2 months, then they changed our contract halfway through to say they would automatically charge us an extra month at extortionate cost unless we contacted them many weeks in advance to confirm that we were still moving out at the agreed date (and with only one single email which went to our junk mail - apparently making this legal). This company will change your contract with very little notice and charge you hundreds of pounds - seriously consider giving your business to any of the many other storage companies.

My friend recommended Safestore as he was very happy with their service 4 years ago. Having now experienced Safestore for myself with two storage rooms, I am very pleased with the whole experience. The pre-booking staff were most helpful, along with a member of the team on reception. The building is so clean and organised, and the storage rooms are very accessible. It is good to be able to pop in occasionally to bring more items.

The guys down in Winchester are so helpful, professional and jolly. Units are super clean, great facilities and secure. Highly recommend

Fantastic from the Get-Go, Signed up with Christina at the Bolton Store, Manchester Road, really friendly welcome, answered all our questions, and nothing seemed to much trouble. It was a no brainer to sign up and not carry on looking. Actually could not believe the rates what we thought was for a week was actually for the month! Supper happy. All the staff at Wood Green are extremely friendly and caring with excellent communication and customer focused skills.
