After DHL inexplicably failed to deliver an expected parcel, I requested DHL to deliver to a local collection point. Turns out the nearest point was Safestore, Crayford, Kent, a few miles away. When I arranged re-delivery with DHL, there was no mention of requiring a PIN and as I'm not connected to the Internet when mobile, I didn't receive the PIN before I left to collect my parcel (to be fair, DHL had emailed me the PIN after I left home). DHL had instructed me to bring photo ID, which I did. Long story short, I stared blankly at Safestore staff when they told me I required a PIN to take delivery of my parcel. Following discussions with colleagues, staff found an alternative way for me to collect my parcel without needing the PIN, which wasn't straightforward. These considerate staff members saved me time and additional mileage, in a heavily traffic-congested area, by taking the trouble to legitimately circumvent the usual PIN method by using photo ID instead. This guy is persistent, I made this enquiry Friday but it is a lot of money so I didn't batter to go any further,but this just keep calling me, I picked the call on Sunday the quote he gave me was too much, but he helped me to find something that suits me. Very charm and gentle guy. Thank.

These 5 stars are for Elmi who has been fantastic and helpful during a very stresful time with no lift and no support from the office with extra hand on site . I have been told for last 4 weeks that lift would be fixed with next few days and still not working and the office still collect payment. They are 2 men who have been doing their best but not enough to handle all other customers request who wanted to bring down and take up their items to above floors. Elmi always tried to assist us and do his best with limited resources.

Customer service was amazing. They spent almost an hour for a site visit and helped me to compare different units and to consider future scenarios. Prices were also reasonable.
