Terrible staff,serious lack of transparency. They will use students as a cash cow and refuse to cooperate,and the reception is especially terrible. They insist on you paying upfront for weeks,saying that they will refund any unused amount of rent. Even closing your account with them is a serious pain.

I was told on a call that their lowest price guarantee means they will match any local price. I sent them an email with the price I had been quoted and they sent an email with the price I would pay. When I got to the store a few days later i was given a different price structure which, although on the face of it was cheaper, was infact 10% more expensive over the period that I was looking to rent a unit for. I asked for the price that I was quoted and was told that because this hadnt been locked in I couldn't get that price. Even with the email from them and from the competitor I was just given a "computer says no" response. In this instance their lowest price guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on. I would suggest that once you get your quote when you go to store make sure you get the quote you are given as there was lots of "this is cheaper" when it definitely wasn't. Take a calculator (or your phone) with you and have a piece of paper handy to ensure you can write down all your numbers. I wasted an hour of my time trying to get this sorted while I was there. Upon further investigation there are much better companies close by who will give you the price you are given and have a much better signing in process. EDIT - They then ask you to send an email to customer services but they dont respond to that.
