The manager at Safestore at Morden was very helpful and courteous and the storage facility was easy to use and spotlessly clean. There is good parking and plenty of space for loading and unloading. I feel completely confident in the security of my stored belongings.

The staff at Safestore have over the years consistently been most helpful and friendly and I have always felt that they have made great efforts into getting me the best and most appropriate deal. very clean and tidy, trolleys available to carry goods to lock up okay, very easy access by own phob. (entrance key don't loose it or you will be charged) Staff very helpful and willing t explain and cater for your requirements i.e time of stay and exit Paperwork very easy to understand yes I would use again. one down side entrance times limited

Helpful friendly and highly professional service. Quickly confined and arranged for me to rent a storage unit with minimum confirmation details. Lock up is a good size and perfect for my needs. Helpful support and advice from manager a lock up Would highly recommend

In process of packing up home in the West Mids to move back to Brentford having lost husband towards end of last year so extremely stressed and emotional. Spoke to Jason who explained in full the service Safestore provide, he listened to me, advised me on the best size unit to go for after I rattled off my list of items for storage. He was friendly, extremely patient with me, polite, put me at ease, everything you could ask from someone working in customer service, what an absolute diamond. It was the reviews about Safestore that led me to phoning and I am glad I did because I’m going with them :0)

I used this storage facility at Lombard Road branch to store some belongings for four months over summer and Christmas. Everything went smoothly. We visited the facility several times during this period and receptionists were always friendly and professional. Of note was Cameron (during check in) and Nigel (during check out). My emails were also responded to in a timely manner usually within 48-72 hours and was able to reach them easily by phone also. I was due a refund at the end due to overpayment on my part and I received the refund as expected.

In the beginning I had such a great experience with safestore and the team were amazing at supporting me with what I needed. Last week I had a few issues with a customer service assistant but the manager Ashley has gone above and beyond to restore my faith in safestore and deal with any issues I had and I can not thank him enough. If you have any issues I suggest calling the 0800 number as the representative i spoke to Adam was wonderful or asking to speak to the manager directly as his professionalism is exceptional and I couldn't have asked for more.

We were signed up to a 12 month contract paying for £11k of insurance. £330 per month . 6 months in We found this hard to afford and went into discuss. There is no get out clause at all. We cannot pay back the 12 month discount for those months we cannot change the insurance. Even if we move to a smaller room we are bound by the terms to pay existing monthly fee. We were offered to pay £1600 to cancel the contract. So now we are still paying £330 a month with 11k of cover for an empty storage room. And must continue to pay this somehow until August. Safestore,when signing people into one of your water tight 12 month contracts it should be explained that at NO point can you get out of this. There is NO option. We would have expected to pay the months discount to take back to its variable rate for time used but to be told no there is nothing you can do .. words fail me. Please have your sales people explain this fully when selling these contracts. Your are signing people into a 12 month contract with no option to review if financially things change. Disappointing to say the least .. . Now paying for and having to insure an empty room .. until August. We tried to come in and discuss but were told nothing can be done .. .. so renters of these rooms do not be sold a 12 month contract check the small print carefully. And they will not discuss with you any option to help you at all. Thank you

My wife and I have used Safestore now on a couple of occasions. Once for a house move and then most recently for extra storage for work. We have found their service to be excellent, staff always helpful and very reasonable rates. Would highly recommend and will defiantly use again in the future. Simon, Glasgow

I've just had a chat with a lady called Allie (hope that's spelt correctly) at the Sheffield branch of Safestore. She was immensely helpful and good humoured and has provided me with all the information I need. Once again, many thanks for your help and efficient approach to customer service.
