I was successful bidder on a color lithograph by Margo Margolis. I sent payment only to be informed the print was missing. My payment was refunded. Since then, the missing print appears to have been found and has been offered for sale online. Once they found the print, I think they should have notified me to ask if I was still interested at the price of my successful auction bid.

I live in Belfast and have just purchased a piece of art from RoGallery. I cannot thank them enough. Both the service and the piece I received were excellent. They asked a fair price for the piece, framed it prior to transport, organised the purchase, packaged it and sent it with UPS. UPS organised all customs and import so all I needed to do was wait for this to arrive. So so pleased. I had originally been worried about purchasing from so far away but this went so well I would not hesitate to use them again (when I win the lottery!). Big big thank you to all involved.
