I was not in the market for more art but an auction piece caught my attention. The Jacob Lawrence lithograph was appealing to me, and I bid on it. The price was a good value per my Web research. Andrea was helpful in communicating with me, and the box was shipped as if I had ordered an original Picasso. The piece was beautiful and nicely framed. There was a barely noticeable nick that I'll color in but I couldn't be more pleased with Ro Gallery. During a recent visit to my dog's veterinarian, she mentioned that she is interested in acquiring art at a good price. I will pass on Ro Gallery auction info to her too.

It’s the worst service we have ever been exposed to. We have received numerous delivery notifications . We have waited for the delivery only to be told much later in the day that the delivery has been postponed which has wasted our time. I am sure you can establish the details from the various notifications.

It's always daunting to buy a painting online, but this watercolor had attracted me for over two years. I finally made the purchase, and am very glad I did. The painting is even more beautiful in person, is tastefully framed and exceeds my expectations. The packaging was marvelous and very protective. The entire transaction was handled in an efficient and friendly manner. Although this was not a very expensive painting ($1000), Ro Gallery treated our purchase with absolute respect and consideration. I will certainly turn to Ro for future purchases.

I bid online through Live Auctioneers on a piece of art - I was able to watch the auction live as the lot was auctioned. The final sale price for the artwork was nowhere near my max bid - so I can vouch that the system is fair for online bidders. Shipping was fast and also fairly priced at $40 FedEx. The artwork arrived in a substantial shipping tube with no damage and condition was excellent as indicated.
