As a neophyte collector I called 1st dibs to purchase a serigraph print. They immediately connected me with RoGallery who was the seller. I was able to negotiate a price immediately and purchase the item on line. My framed item is very large, so I was worried about the shipping. Within 2 days I was notified my purchase was on the way to Virginia--no tax and no shipping fees. The print arrived 2 days later-amazingly packed and totally safe and perfect condition. I called to ask for an appraisal. They have assured me it will be following soon. I had great customer service and have referred another friend to them this week. Would not hesitate to utilize this gallery in the future.
