It is stated - in very TINY print, that you can download a TXT version of your resume on the free version. Then nowhere in the rest of the process does it repeat it. If you missed it - well, bad for you. When you want to download your resume, its very unclear that you should select a txt file instead of pdf. Then you hit the payment page and they want you to pay. This is not a free service. Do not fall for it. Its not free! You can type a TXT version of your resume just as easily and for free on notepad.

Claimed to be free when in reality you spend 20 minutes creating a resume that it makes you pay for when you finish. It’s also funny how they respond the exact same way to every negative review because they know it’s the same problem that needs to be fixed and they are too lazy too leave an actual response. But they have no trouble making an actual response to their fake positive reviews.
Wasted so much time. It claims to be free. You find out after creating the entire document that it is, if you give them your credit card information to be automatically billed (when you forget to cancel).
