This is not free! They have great marketing to hide that you cannot download a usable resume. All the AI tools are great but if you want to be upfront it should be obvious what you are getting yourself into before you spend your time on this site. People get tired of hidden terms.

I got exactly what I needed from this super intuitive easy to use template/building tool. I love the prompts it was like having a built in thesaurus. It was easy to sign-up for and easy to unsubscribe which I appreciate how easy that was. It makes me wish I needed another resume! I will be back if and when the time comes. Advertised themselves as "FREE RESUME BUILDER". The company's responses on this page are willfully ignorant and deceitful. A text file is useless and taking the time to create the text file and reformat it into something useful is quite literally double the work it would be to type it up entirely on your own, giving the "free" option no value. They let you waste all your time creating a resume to then say "you can have a useless file or pay us to receive what we promised for free". If they were straight up, then I would pay, but I refuse due to the malicious nature of their marketing and absurd responses to the critics of it. I will also add that the company then claims a low-cost 14-day access that then sets you up to AUTO PAY at an 811% cost increase following that period. This should be illegal, the company should feel ashamed, and the individual who responds to these should cut the "we are so sorry for the misunderstanding ):" nonsense and learn to take accountability.

Claims to be free, is not, only tells you this after you spend all the time to make a resume and then wants you to pay to get access to it.
As someone who is not good at designing a resume or using any design software, I needed something that could lay out all my information into a template. Using this tool was very intuitive. I only had to input all the information about my background into text boxes, and the tool laid it out in a resume template ready to be downloaded and submitted to potential employers. I saved a lot of time that I could spend researching employers and practicing my answers to their questions since I didn't have to design my resume from scratch.
