Very timely and responsive to my refund needs - understanding, patient, and professionaly charming
Extremely scummy to attempt to hide that there is a fee to download your resume, let you waste time building said resume, and then demand payment afterwards. A paid trial period is also ludicrous, as is the monthly fee for a service that isn't that impressive to begin with. Intensely greedy, don't waste your time.

hi If you are transparent, please display the plans at the start of the template itself. Users need not work entirely then understand you can download only after paying it. Regretting it. Total waste of time for me.
I accidentally let the subscription roll over and didn’t need the plan. Customer service responded and gave me a refund within 12 hours. Great customer service! It’s hard now a days to find any good customer service.
