Ordered a small lightweight item for $18 and was charged almost $17 for shipping. It’s been a week since I placed my order and no movement on shipping yet or any communication whatsoever as to when I can expect the item. No response from customer service either.

My experience was good overall. Only one thing I feel should have been done is I waited almost a week before calling your company to find out why I had not heard about my shipment. When I called I was told they item wasn’t in stock and had to be ordered from Canada. Once I knew that a few days after I received an email notifying me that the package was ready and would be shipped. That delay in communication I feel needs to be improved. Thank you.
