I Have not received all of the lights that I ordered. The two 32” are back ordered. A better review when I receive them. I don’t see that I was notified that two were back ordered. Glitch in the system?

The order confirmation stated that the order would take 2 weeks. I needed the parts sooner, and called to cancel. The person I talked to told me that most of the order could be shipped immediately and the rest was special order and was the two week lead time. I ordered three Lutron Sunnata dimmers and received three Skylark (totally different, but similar part number). I called to report this and was told I need to send back the wrong parts and the correct parts would be sent. As of now, I have the email with the UPS return label, but have received no confirmation or tracking for the correct parts. I am skeptical that I will receive the correct parts or the balance of my order, mostly because the person who was arranging this didn't seem to care, as if this happens all the time.
