Good Day, the issue I have is that they do not ship as per requested by the customer. I have ask to have my orders shipped by USPS, but they continue to ship by UPS!! This has cost me an extra $125.28 for the last two shipments. With the profit margins this increases the product cost significantly. Thanks & Stay Safe
Service was excellent, easy to order and arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately I couldn't use the product I ordered. I was a bit disappointed to have to pay the restocking fee for the return though.

fast shipping I tried to add to my order 5 minutes after placing it and they would not let me I needed to pay separate shipping for 2 additional 2" puck lights They did not try to help with shipping absolute lie! False i did not hang up I was told there was nothing that could be done the order was already in the system and I would need to pay extra shipping NOT TRUE!
