I was very impressed with this company. I have been looking for a special bulb for several weeks but could not find it anywhere. I called the company’s 800 number and had my bulbs delivered to me in 3 days. They were very professional and helpful!

Sorry, please disregard my previous review. Got mixed up with Lowes Home Improvement, which truly is a bush league outfit. Ready wholesale is one of the few businesses left in this country that gives great service.

This was my second WiFi 120v in and 120v out. Now I control my house lights under my soffit for the front of house and garage in a schedule set by the LUX app. Live this solution!!

I ordered three 4000K Kelvin fixtures from RWES. What showed up where 3000K. No issue, right? They just made a mistake, right? The owner called me back to say, "the fixtures are 4000K" and the "box they were shipped in shows 3000K because the factory was out of 4000K boxes" 😂. I explained that the UL label on the fixture matches the box and also shows 3000K. I was then told it to was "mislabel from the factory" and that the " fixtures were truly 4000K... trust me". FYI to all: Fixtures are UL labeled and they cannot send a fixture out with the wrong label on them. It's illegal. It's a certification label. It's also a NEC code violation. I explained that there is a big difference between 3000K and 4000K Kelvin. So... I had them in hand, why not install them since "I don't know what I'm talking about." Sure enough, they are a CW color (3000K) and not a natural color (4000K), which is what the labels showed. That is why the Kelvin gauge was created so people can choose the color they want. I'm saddened that someone would blatantly lie to a customer. What he didn't know was that I design electrical systems. I know what I'm talking about and he though he was talking to someone who didn't. He made the fatal flaw of telling me the ones I want have to be ordered from the factory, which means he confessed to lying, but he still tried to convince me I was wrong. They stopped talking to me, wouldn't give me a refund or send the correct ones, nor send me a return label. The just went quiet. Stay as far away from these people as possible. Lying stealing thieves. Buyer be ware. This is the first time I've ever written a review (good or bad). I get misleading someone by accident, but a liar is a liar and someone who can never be trusted.

I have been buying from Ready for over 20 years, never had an issue.
