Sent my mums working S5 phone which she had been previously using and they came back with a list of faults (which don't seem to be there after I received the phone back) original offer was about £45 but after testing they offered £10 and charged me £10 for the privilege of sending it back. Really can't recommend this company! I sent 2 emails neither of which were even responded to. Poor service!

No hassle and easy to send First class e mail communication
As with all these companies in my experience they will always knock the price they offer down once they receive the phone. This company seemed different though as they only offered 2 statuses for you to choose to state the condition of the phone - working and faulty. My phone covered all the stipulations for 'working' and yet once they received it they offered me half the price originally offered because of a few spurious things and then when i eventually got hold of them, by phone after they ignored emails and 'contact us' forms, they argued that the phone wasn't up to scratch based on some other stipulations hidden deep in their T&C's. At least they waived the fee to have the phone sent back to me. So there is no way for you to be honest about the condition of your phone. You have to state 'working; and then wait to see what they offer you. I was hardly surprised by their conduct but certainly fooled into thinking they might be different than other companies. And for that reason it makes them worse.
