Customer service is consistently below par... When asking for help, I've been told, it's not our issue it is on your end and after we HAVE to push, we get "oh, we've identified a issue" - In the year that we have been with Radio.co this has happened numerous times... Once we switched from CC to paypal, An error on my part caused a break in scheduling and when asking, I'm told - "Oh don't worry, it automatically runs your billing again the next morning" the next day... Not true.. When asking for credit for poor service, the response is "no because we don't have a contract with you" Now we are dealing with Meta Tags being off for two weeks in a row... By the way, when looking for this service with these folks, there is a area where you can ask for new features, and the most popular ones are GREAT ideas, but the ones that are added are the ones that are not listed... Too bad... We were very excited when we moved over and now i HATE to ask for help because I know what that help is going to be like on the other end....

I contacted Radio.co to request an iCast 2 Promo Code. Although they were completely out, I received a quick reply from David Wilkinson. I chose Radio.co for my station because of price and convenience. Excellent customer service was a by-product. Thanks guys and girls!

They have great customer service and really nice and useful user interface. I like their live support and fast replys. You don't need to open ticket and wait for days.

Sólo falta añadir más funciones. Como nivelar automáticamente el volumen de todos los tracks. También sería bueno poder cambiar el nombre del track durante una conexión streaming. Ya que actualmente aparece el nombre del último track durante la transmisión.

We have been using radio.co since August 2015 and find the company to be very good. The platform is stable and is working well for us. The fact that it operates in the cloud is also very good. We will continue to use the service and plan to add more streams in the near future. -- WideNET International

Good service with easy user interface. Easy for multiple talents to connect remotely. About average when it comes to downtime. However, it's missing some of the bells and whistles that other provider have, like the ability to run a pre-roll, which is useful if you wish to monetize your feed. I think if some of the basic feature options were available, Radio.co would be a home run. For the amateur, this is a good option.

The price is a little high but the great service, interface and support make you forget all about it. I was using Centova before but I kept getting frustrated with their schedule system. Radio.co fixed all that for me.

This site was exactly what I was looking for to setup my own radiostation (from Holland). Great design, easy to apply and absolutely great customer service ask well. I would recommend this to anyone with a desire to easily setup a professional looking and working online radiostation.... Great!

I have had my online radio station (allbrassradio.com) for over 12 years. It started out as a little hobby and now had grown to be the most listened to legal radio station playing brass band music. In the 12 year period, I have, because of one circumstance or another, had to change hosting companies. Also, in that time period, several changes have been made in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DCMA). Some hosting companies are bare bones and give you a little help, especially with a user-friendly interface. Some are for big terrestrial radio stations that know what they need. Some are like me, a rather large internet station but I need to be able to program shows and the like without a lot of consternation. Radio.co provides all that big terrestrial stations may need and an interface that is intuitive and accessible. I changed to Radio.co last year. They provide a DIY kit to build a custom radio player on your site, easy to use scheduling software, and lots of reporting mechanisms. I have been thrilled! On top of that, they provide wonderful support for those times you get into a mess. Their interface allows control of what information is presented including a CD cover while a track is being played. You have to set this up when uploading a track, but it is well worth the effort. The price is right in the middle of other providers. I would consider their costs to be average, their interface terrific along with their customer support. They are working on improvements, and when I sometimes ask for support, the answer is "it is coming soon." And it always is! The next upgrade will often bring surprises, good ones that fix your problem. If you are looking for an Internet Radio Hosting company, I would start with Radio.co! There are many hosting companies, so Radio.co is not for everyone, but I recommend it be tops in your search! Dr. Jim Fox Owner of All Brass Radio of North America

So far, Radio.co has been more than helpful in helping us get our station up and running. They have done a great job answering all questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Radio.co to someone hoping to get a station up and running and the system seems very user friendly so far.
