Finding a good platform from which to introduce our community online radio station can be a challenge. However, we were lucky enough to find Radio.co. They are the best - VERY accommodating in helping us newbies get up and running in short order. Their platform is easy to navigate and their info vids are the best!
I really like that these guys give more value to us newbies in the online radio arena. I can't believe how accommodating they are. =)
I am from Japan. I like simples Radio Co services - the tutorial video show me how to make my station quick. I have now one thousand more listeners on my station each week and it grow by very many times. Radio.co is the best out there. 100 time!
After using a number of broadcast services I must say Radio.co is by far the best. The service and more inportant the customer service is first class. If you are thinking of using a service such as Radio.co then give them a try you will not be disappointed
The support was immediate, replied and solved the issue in less than 12 hours only by 2 emails exchange. Really great support.

Great service for radio geeks! I have launched a radio station, managed tailored fades per track, artist separation, the works. Okay, not as fine tuned as a fully functioning playout system, but it works and I'm sure they'll be adding more functionality to it over time.
Quick response and fix any time we have had a streaming issue - which has not been often. Give you lots of info in tracking when they are making changes, updates or repairing anything so you can see how long it might be before you are up and running again.
Overall I have found Radio.co to be simple and easy to use. I was recently given the task of overseeing a station and the support has been most effective. I have already recommended Radio.co to several other people looking to get into internet radio.

I'm all excited about starting up my own internet radio station and becoming a voice of truth helping awaken people to the evils of the new world order (the globalist government movement) and ways individuals can empower themselves against it when I run into some technical difficulties pointing my pre-existing domain name at the website Radio.co hosts for my internet radio station service they provide me. It required only an email message to the supportive people at radio.co and I'm getting directed to a guide telling me how to change the A record on the domain name server at GoDaddy where I've got the domain parked. I follow the instructions but it doesn't feel right because I've never done this before. Don't worry if there's something you've never done before settling up an internet radio station either to do with being on the radio, the technical aspects of the internet, strategies for making cash with your internet radio station, truly serving your audience or many of a number of other different topics they've covered in either comprehensive paid courses you can order online or via shorter videos you can view for free on their Radio.co University page! My experiences with the folks at Radio.co have been wonderful. Joined couple of days ago and loving it so far. I’m still in my trial, so I can’t get apps or any of the advvanced features yet. I have sorted my music out and built my radio shows. Got a whole month ready to go! Contacted support a few times and they’ve been wonderful. I’m still getting used to broadcasting live (what I needed help with!). I couldn’t recommend these guys anymore.
I do not have very many issues with Radio.co's systems. I have had on online radio station with this company for several years (first Wavestreaming.com and then upgrading to Radio.co). On those few times I have had an issue, I usually send an email to support outlining what I am experiencing and will usually send along a few screenshots to "show" them. In almost every case, I receive an email back from them within several hours. Sometimes the email will say they are "aware of the issue and currently working on it..." or "Thanks for the heads up - we are working to resolve it..." And they do resolve it - very quickly! I've had several hosting platforms over the past seven years...but I stopped looking when I found Wavestreaming.com and Radio.co in 2013. There UP time is truly 99.99% and when there is an issue, it is resolved quickly. Their customer support is very quick and personable - not "automated email responses" like you are used to. They end their email with their "name" and email address if you need to contact them...not "Thank you for your email...'Customer Support Team of X,Y, Z" company." Robert Thibodeau Evangelism Radio
Radio.co is all it appears to be. The cloud based platform and controls are straight forward, clean, simple to use. Most importantly the Radio.co support staff is second to none. As a 1st-timer to internet radio, I researched quite a few options prior to selecting Radio.co as my choice. The bells-and-whistles are fantastic as advertised...but what prompted me to write this review is the OUTSTANDING SERVICE! From David Wilkinson (Business Development Manager) to Jim Bigby (Support Technician), they've answered any question I've had quickly and thoughtfully. Service flexible and always available, only experienced small down time issues. few little features would enhance the service but in general I would give them 10/10.
For security reasons, I was looking for a platform where I could broadcast my online radio channel without streaming issues. Further, as my radio channel is regional, so I wanted to broadcast it to limited countries. Radio.co gave me privilege to restrict my radio station to limited countries per my choice. It has also protected my radio channel against stream rippers and unwanted traffic. I am impressed with these security features.
Initially, Radio.co provided a free trial for 7 days. It was sufficient time for me to understood different functionalities within the trial period. Within 7-day period, this platform gave me option to quit without paying anything, but, I did not. I loved its features and bought monthly DJ plan at an affordable price. I am enjoying playing with online radio features now.
