Swift paperwork, Fast approval..... but promised to deliver on the Friday (after being approved on the Tuesday same week) however I was very disappointed when told it didnt arrive when promised. Weekend without my Surface Pro..... It did arrive on the Monday. Now I find out my IP has been compromised....Getting Dr PC to help out....

Radio Rentals would have got a 5 but the over the top requirement to supply not only my personal details but my Bosses as well just because Im a military member is absolutely absurd and have never ever been asked to supply my bosses personal information

Radio Rentals took away my VIP because I became Bankrupt thus not letting me have the deals through the VIP But they said I was a good customer letting me have two months rental free ;-(

Click n Collect email stated incorrect date - arrived much later than informed after purchase which was disappointing. Staff in store expressed some frustration with the system not being in-sync with delivery schedule.
