The sales team at Radio Rentals are friendly, professional people who are easy to deal with that do not try to pressure sell you. They make shopping a real pleasure. The Rent to Own option is a fantastic way to get what you need today even when you don;t necessarily have the money, I have been using Radio Rentals for over 35 years now and they as my first thought whenever I need anything Electrical or zfurniture for my home and I would happily recommend them to everyone.

OMG...we had an emergency...frozen food delivery arrived, went to put it in the chest freezer only to find that the freezer had died in the last week....went straight to Radio Rentals an in under two hours, our new freezer was delivered. The service was outstanding - thank you !

Radio rental staff instore were really laid back and humerous and it welcomed us nicely and helped show the reliability of the staff and their policies through a fun and comforting environment. However, the delivery team members could not install our washing machine with the claim we had to drill a new hole into the laundry cupboard and hence left with it being uninstalled, only spent 2 minutes working on it and felt very rushed. After being told this and the staff left, i was able to set it all up within 5 minutes without drilling a new hole into the cupboard. During their visit they answered a call and complained about a customer being annoying, and it seemed really unprofessional to tell that to one of their customers. Nonetheless, our products arrived fast, were of high quality and the staff members instore were fantastic. I just think the delivery team need to have a review of their customer service skills and installation methods.

Great customer Service! Can't fault the team at Radio Rentals Berri. I was served by 3 team members on the day, Lynsey helped with a waranty claim on a fit bit for me, Kristie helped me with my purchase of the air conditioners, and Daryl, assisted me in getting the air cons into my car! I was greeted by Joe, and also welcomed by their store manager Nathan. Every time I walk in there, I am always greeted by each team member, and always given great customer service
