I had a very nice gentleman help me out very well and a happy with Radio Rentals first time but the TV wasn't in the box I want it for a Christmas present to wrap up but the TV Bean on display switched on all day that's only part I wasn't happy about
Only 1 problem. On a 40° day you need to provide shade or give people numbers as they came to prevent heat stoke and people fainting. I had a headache for the next 5 hours from heatstroke. The water was much appreciated but if you did it later in the night the heat wouldn’t have been so bad, especially for the kids, babies and elderly.

Bought a $500 product and ending up paying $1500. Radio rentals is a massive rip off. If it wasn't necessary for right now I wouldn't use them. Certainly will never recommend anyone.
My local store is full of friendly & helpful staff. They know me by name. It is rare nowadays to find a store (any store) that always remembers who you are. I have never had a problem with the service I have received. I believe my local store would have to be the best Radio Rentals store in the country. Oh and in case your wondering, my store is located in Berri, South Australia.

Our sales person was Sam at the noarlunga shopping center, i have never meet a nicer person than Sam he was very helpful and understanding of our situation.
Disappointed they didn’t install the dishwasher or remove the old one, they did say I could remove the old and contact them to pick it up.
Very helpfull and great custmer service
The person I spoke to in store kept insisting that I get a more expensive item because what I was wanting was low quality in his opinion. This was very annoying and made me feel uncomfortable .
