Knew what I wanted to do when entering the store. Discussed it with the sales guy and they helped me sort everything out within an hour - buying out one item and upgrading another. I was able to collect the new item the next day. No pushy extra sales pitch and transparent about the cash back offer and bonus I received a hefty cash back in my bank account today in less than a week. I was only taken seriously when bringing my older male partner with me. Wasn't even provided service when i went in by myself and when i went to pick up my replacement laptop i was rudely told that the truck hadn't arrived and to wait until i was called.
