Feeling disappointed having ordered a part and paid for express delivery Thursday (before or around midday) thinking express would mean it would sent same day but only sent the following day and by Saturday it still wasn't here.

ordered 5metre hose for numatic vac hose arrived quickly seems good quality hose but connector whwere it fits on heny hoover was a little stiff and did not rotate freely have applied a little washing up liquid which seems to have done the trick slightly different connector to the original numatic but works fine pleased with my purchase certainly makes vavccuming the stairs easier
