I haven't received my parcel. Also, the tracking number didn't work. The response from the head office was simply stupid. They cannot even read their own mails. I hope that they'll send out another parcel. Otherwise I'll have spent money on nothing. Super annoyed!!
Straghtforward ordering process, product arrived. No complaints.
Item ordered took a week to arrive despite paying for 1st class post. The item was dispatched using DHL who then passed it on to Royal Mail?? A telephone call to Radford proved to be a frustrating waste of time as no one could provide any further information.
Refurbished product in good condition and excellent price therefore it was a bargain. Not quite as useful as I thought it would be, but it does vac up the droplets of water as it 'says on the tin'.
