Our trusted 10 year old Sebo vac started making a rumbling noise. After striping down I found a motor bearing had failed. After searching the internet all I could find were genuine motors at £100+. We decided to buy a new Sebo as we felt the old one was beyond economical repair. After a couple of weeks of use. We came to the conclusion the new Sebo wasn't a patch on the old one. I then discovered the reason why and that due to an EU regulation, new vacs have a lower power motor In order to save the environment. 1200W down to 1000W. We came to a new conclusion that hoovering would never be as easy again. Until I discovered Radfordvac centre and their non genuine 1200W replacement motor at £54. Promptly purchased and fitted we now have our old trusty Sebo back in action performing as good as ever and a shiny new reject in the corner. Thanks Mick your a genius. If only I known before going shopping.

This is the third message I have had to review the service i have received. The people on the phone were very helpful. The payment system very efficiently took my money. But so far no parcel has arrived. Now I am not surprised or even upset at that as it sometimes takes 3 weeks for a parcel to get here. It is 600 miles after all, and that is a postal problem not the fault of the vendor. But how can I honestly make a review when the goods have not yet shown up. Hopefully by answering today i'll stop the spam emails asking my opinion. I would suggest a company review which stops these messages untill after delivery of the goods. Have a great day. John

Product arrived within 5 days ,all good, however I am disappointed with customer contact centre as I realised I ordered the wrong item. I asked for my order to be cancelled, twice. NO RESPONSE! I am now stuck with something I don't want or need.
