I got what I ordered for and it was delivered very timely.
Following my complaint of last week stating I had not received my order, I was immediately contacted by Mick Radford and a follow up call from the Sales Team. My order was re-dispatched forthwith. However, today my postman found the original parcel where he left it hidden last week so I must apologize profusely to this company and say I have actually never received such brilliant service from any company before.
