Great service from start to finish of panel installation. What impressed me most about the company is their customer care after project completion. I recently changed roof tiles and service engineers teamed up with roofers to remove and replace panels after job without any issues or delays. They are always available for any queries.

Everything from the sales, survey, design and installation was very professional. Couldn't fault any of it. Would highly recommend.

The sales guy was so helpful in making sure I understood the product and making sure I got the correct panels for my property. The installation was quick and took less than a day, nice polite men and clean and efficient. My app was great for a while with information but it’s stopped working now.

I had a solar PV system installed by PV Gen almost a year ago now, and the whole experience was positive. From the initial sales discussion to the pre install survey, and the two crews (roofers and electricians) turning up for the install, all were as scheduled, professional and thorough as could be asked. Turnaround time was prompt from initial inquiry to install, work was neat, and they look after the grant (meaning a BER is included), so no concerns of being left on the hook if SEAI inspect and find an issue, which I've heard of for those claiming as reimbursement.

From the initial meeting with the sales rep Adrian to the final installation in February 2023 everything went to plan. The installers were informative and answered any questions put to them. I have had a few problems since after installing the Harvi and the one grievance I would have is that the staff seem to move to other sections or move on so it is quite difficult to have to start all over again with problem. Last time it took nearly six months to resolve which isn’t good enough given the price they cost.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The installation teams worked very well together and took great care both inside and outside my home. On the day of installation the weather was not very pleasant nevertheless the team arrived precisely on time and when they were finished left no evidence that they had been there in the first place except for my new solar panels. Installation was very fast and efficient despite the inclement weather . More than adequate amount of time was taken to explain the operational aspects of the system and answer any other questions that I had. Since installation the panels have worked very well and I have had absolutely no issues with them. Follow-up calls were made to ensure I was happy with the service and we're greatly appreciated.
