The service was completely professional from the first visit to installation. They kept in touch with me and arrived on time. Good follow up when I had some questions to clarify afterwards and the app is very easy to use and gives clear information about amount of electricity generated.

Got our system installed in April and even though the Irish summer hasn't been the best the system has still been excellent. Electric bills are halfed and that's not including the export that will be credited in November. Planning was done with care and answering all my questions, and there were quite a few detailed ones. Installation was completed within a morning - those guys were working like a well oiled machine.

Customer service has been quite good although I'm still waiting after over 1 week for a technician to call me to arrange a call out.

Had ten solar panels installed in May of this year. The whole experience was professional, quick, clean and efficient from start to finish. My electricity bills are practically eliminated as a result.

Our sales contact was great, kept us informed all the way up to our install date. Day of install was brilliant or should I say half day. Roofing crew & electrician crew worked together brilliantly! They were also so friendly, flew through the work & had it up & running in no time.

Thank you to PV Generation for the design and implementation of our solar panel system. There was an initial delay but communication resolved the delay and work was completed only last week and so far we are very happy with the work and the choice we made.
