This company were terrific. Made the whole process easy to follow and while there is a leadtime it's not so surprising as they are popular. The electrical team on the day were excellent and explained the app and what to expect with having solar added to my house. They were extremely neat. I had to have a new earth rod fiitted as I'd buried the old one with a garden bed but they did this for me and were open and transparent about the costs. The team who fitted the panels were very quick and had they scaffold up an down in record time. They even cleared the weeds from my gutters!!!! This was an awesome bonus and terrific customer experience.

Michelle was so helpful on the phone when I had an issue two years after purchasing the panels. Highly recommend!

We had our panels up for 2 years only to find out that The ESB and our Supplier were not paying us for the power from our panels .After getting the runaround from the both of them we got in contact with Michelle and Lynn today to get the ball rolling on back payments. Thanks very much

PV Generation is an excellent company to deal with. Guidance on form filling for grants, etc is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The installation team for the panels and the electricians were very efficient and all was explained to me in easy to understand language. The job was completed in a day and in a very neat and tidy manner. I would definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with the installation process. Technicians attended on schedule and their workmanship was tidy and thorough. We got conflicting advice from the Surveyor and the Installers re locating the Invertor. We certainly would recommend PVGen

A great team of workers, all polite and hardworking. They arrived at 8 and finished before 5. They did a great job from the initial visit to the final explanation of the installation.

Non existent after sales service. They can't do enough for you when they are selling the system, good luck though after you pay them. €17.5k wasted, even on the sunniest day, our 10kw battery seems not to charge. We have no idea what the settings should be and can't get into their overly complicated system most of the time. Electric bills are much the same as pre solar panels. Customer Service is dismissive and will not ring back. BER was done after fitting but we never got the report after almost 2 years. I'm very dissatisfied with this company, steer well clear.

Josh was our initial contact, he was very clear and informative about every aspect of the solar panel installation benefits and process. Everyone else we've dealt with since has been extremely helpful, professional and efficient. We highly recommend using PVGen for your solar panels.

I was very impressed by the whole experience - crews arrived early, set to work straight away, they were very professional while also being friendly and respectful. They didn't stop once, they were very efficient and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards - with the only evidence of their presence at my home being my lovely new solar panels.

From start to finish PV generation were just amazing service, extremely friendly and very helpful. No issues with anything arrived on time and installation was completed in a few hours. The system has been working perfectly since and the reduction is evident on my bills.

This company were brilliant from start to finish. Top quality materials and engineers installing the kit. Knowledgeable and cleaned up everything after them. Left the place like nobody was ever there. Real tidy cabling and roof work, neat and tidy with the inverter and switches. Delighted with the service would recommend to friends and family no problem whatsoever.

9 panels fitted late Jan ‘24. As of now, 22-May, the panels generated 997 kWh of electricity. The consumption 997 kWh. I don’t have batteries, so I buy & sell shortfall & surplus, with me paying about €35 since Jan (+ standing charge). I can’t calculate the payback period yet, but I’ve a total revenue of €251. (That’s the value of my own generated kWh @ the buy rate, + the total kWh sold to the grid @ the sell rate). All in all that’s a pretty good result so far.

I can honestly say that purchasing my new PV system from PV Generation was singularly the most pleasant and efficient purchasing experience of my life. Every single staff member I encountered from Robert Arnold to Niamh in the office along with all of the installation team were super efficient and friendly. The entire staff could give lessons in how to achieve great customer satisfaction. I'm absolutely delighted with my new PV system and feel very confident in recommending PV Generation to anybody.

PV Generation's customer support from day one was excellent. Very responsive. Darragh and his installation team did a super job, half our panels are mounted on a slate roof and half on the ground.
