From pre sales to installation to after sales they've been excellent. We have had two issues in that time and both times our issues were dealt with professionally and to our full satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to any one thinking of going down the solar route. The installers also went above and beyond to help identify a problem with the original install of our roof by our developer. And gathered sufficient evidence for me to return to the developer to have the valley redone properly.

After sales non existent, been ringing this company for 2 years to get my system connected to broadband so I can see my usage, they keep saying they will schedule somebody to come out but still nothing. The bigger issue though is I’ve had a panel loose on the roof for over a year now. It’s hopping off the roof above our bedroom when it’s windy. They have told me three times that they have scheduled someone to come out but nothing. Stay away from this company is my advice

We contacted 3 solar companies for quotes but PV Gen stood out with their excellent sales rep Tony Diamond and the follow up with our technical queries. All communication and paperwork was clear and easy to follow. On installation day the whole team did a brilliant job despite the weather and everything was left spotless. The electricians also showed much patience in showing me how to install the app and get it working (thanks Paddy!) By lunchtime I could see it all running well from my sofa! Delighted with the whole process. Thanks guys.
