Rapid delivery, part was perfect
I purchased a Grundfos pump from Pump Sales Direct and returned it unused, in it's original packaging, within 7 days, as per the policy. They claim that the pump has not been returned in the original packaging, even though the pump was returned, unused in exactly the same packaging that it was received in. Do not buy from Pump Sales Direct if you think there is any chance you might need to return the item.
