Pump ordered online late afternoon and arrived early the following morning. Paperwork also emailed promptly.
Paid for next day (Saturday) delivery, it did not happen.

Such a shame I can only give 3 stars as the staff are worth 5 star but the fact that the company use Fedex for delivery is the real pain. Paid extra for overnight delivery and sat by the window all day waiting. No email received from Fedex to udate tracking but Pumpsales gave me the details so I could track the parcel. Fedex came nowhere near my village that day. When it arrived a day later it was broken so had to reorder. Staff at Pump sales very caring and got a new one our asap. 5 days from start to delivery!!!!!!
Excellent communication, contacted us by phone to check what had been ordered and to advise delivery timescale, they managed to get the pump I needed on a same day courier. Arrived on time, fitted and working the same day.
Part delivered swiftly and quickly and no problems at all
Next day guaranteed delivery on 16th January did not occur as Pump was not delivered to Fedex until 20.39 on 16th January.This delay caused me to in incur a cost of £130.00 due to aborted visit my an engineer to instal pump.

I paid £12.50 for next day delivery and it didn’t turn up. I hope to get a refund for the next day delivery service I didn’t receive.

Excellent speedy service. Very efficient staff who know what they are talking about. I needed a second water pump urgently as we are flooded here in Wiltshire. I ordered it Wednesday afternoon and it arrived the the next morning at 10:45 from Derby. Excellent service.

I had very helpful advice on telephone to make sure I was ordering correct part. Unfortunately my order went at 3.40pm Friday, so order for next day delivery was 4 days time. However efficient delivery on Tuesday was good.
Good experience with customer services. Unfortunately the courier did not communicate bi paid £12;50 for next day delivery and it was delivered on the fourth day.
Unable to order by phone as order not received so called and was advised to try on computer which worked fine with delivery due today.
