After I placed my order and paid I received an email saying the item was out of stock. Surely your website should have shown the item as being out if stock. I have cancelled the order (as you informed me that the product will not be avsable until early next year. I am now awaiting a refund.

The Booster pump arrived on time and it looks fine ( not yet installed ) though it was a bit disconcerting to find that the pump was wet with rusty looking water inside the inner plastic bag it was in, ie not from getting wet in transit. Perhaps it had been tested in the factory? Thank you for your reply. The pump is installed and working fine

Christian, who answered the phone, sorted my enquiry very efficiently, sent me an email with the detail of a replacement shower pump which I ordered. On standard delivery the item arrived 2 days after order delivered by Fedex. Excellent!
