Easy ordering, very competitively priced and rapid delivery. What is there not to like?

I needed a pump in an emergency and found it on the Pump Sales Direct website. It was lte in the day and I was concerned it might be too late for next day delivery, so called to ask. It turned out the courier was due in 10 minutes from making my call, but the team said, make your purchase online, well look out for it and try to get it out for delivery with the courier. 10 minutes later all sorted and arrived promptly the next day. Thanks John and to the other guys and ladies who assisted - got us out of a real pickle and your customer service was ace.

Happy to help to order, however when i said there was an issue with the pump. It actually needed to be single phase there wasn't much help to rectify the issue. Other than being told Ebara do not do a 3 phase. Anyway, nothing along the lines of we'll get one out tonight/replaced. A simple mistake, spoke to two chaps. One being not that friendly if I'm being honest. More of an inconvenience from what I got from the quick call.

Made a purchase on line after having a helpful conversation with the technical department.Then received an email from the company saying I had left two items in my basket, and offering a discount of £5 off the item.I did not leave anything in the basket. Tried to have the discount applied to my order,but surprise,surprise,they could not apply the discount to the purchase. Seem’s to be sharp practice with in the software,I doubt weather I’ll use this website again.
