Ordered a pump to be delivered “next day” on Friday, no pump delivered by Tuesday, said that fedex had tried to deliver the parcel at 3pm and no one was home, blatantly lying as the misses was home all day as she worked from home, the Cctv shows no one trying to deliver a parcel and the tracking says the parcel is delayed at Basildon and I live in Brentwood. No note left no photo evidence from fedex it all a pack of lies. So now I have lost a days money as I can’t complete the work for my customer and makes me look unprofessional….. not happy at all will not be using them again, terrible experience

My experience was hassle free straight forward on the initial order. Delivery was with 2 days of placing the order. A great service all round.
Supply and delivery great. Sadly hasn't made any difference to the pump not working correctly.
