I could not find an identical replacement so staff found an alternative. With the relevant adjustment attachments. I had several calls to them and email. Emails were with relevant choices and trying to keep budget on what would have been an identical replacement. Which was great. I even had a call to advise of next day delivery but would be two deliveries as one was direct from manufacturer. Fantastic service and would definitely use again. But hope not too soon ha ha. Great honest service. Which you don't get a lot of these days. I am not in trade. Just a female home owner who spent several days throwing buckets of sewage from outside pit into drains. They made the experience a breeze and quick. Now able to have long baths rather than 2 mins showers and able to flush toilets rather than drive to the local supermarket for a wee.
