I bought a Clark pump specifically advertised for basement flooding of 1mm - it says so on the box. It did not pick up water in basement of 3-5mm. The customer services argued with me about everything, refuse to listen or understand. They finally agreed to look at the pump. It was simply shipped back to me with no feedback. My original documents and packaging I sent to them was not returned to me. It has been a very disapointing experience. Single mom, out of the 70 pounds, still have water in my basement.

Still don't have pump after 9 weeks. Never received any tracking information and had to ask - and then when I ask them to chase up with the courier company -> no response. UPDATE (15-Jun): apparently there was actually no photo however, Wilo have offered to send another pump (on the 12-Jun) which is nice but am yet to receive and tracking or confirmation. Will update with a finial outcome when things change.

I place an order with Pumps Direct and i was advised that i would receive it on the following monday, meaning 5 days including the weekend. However i was shocked to come home on a friday and find the pump there. The replacement is great and my elderly mother has hot water. Thank you so much.
