Great until there was an issue. I have a 5 month old pump in a septic tank that as failed allowing the tank to overflow and contaminated the other chambers and my garden. Pump Sales Direct have told me I need to return the pump for inspection and they will replace it should it be found to be faulty, and that I need to buy another one through the website should I need one in the meantime ( this is in a septic tank and the pump should be fitted and working constantly). I will also incur a £180 cost to empty the contaminated tank which and I'm told there in no compensation available for this. Pretty poor service considering the pump is only 5 months old and can been seen fitted correctly in the video I've sent over.
