As a young person, this was my first experience dealing with this type of insurance, and I was initially a bit unsure about what to expect. However, Sham took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and guide me step by step. His patience and professionalism made the experience stress-free and straightforward. I feel confident in the policy I’ve chosen.
Customer service is good. Very quick reach out to talk about life insurance for my mortgage. Diacussed the options and found a suitable life insurance policy for me. The only downside is long phone calls ( was on a call for 1.5 hrs) that too on working day as if we dont have any job to do. The solution is send a email of the questions so as to save time.

Kieran .P was friendly, polite and explained the process of taking out life insurance in a clear manner from start to finish. We talked about my reasons for taking out life insurance, to gauge what kind of cover I needed/wanted and what was likely to be most optimal and affordable for me. He made the process feel relaxed and less like an exam given that there were lots of questions to answer which can often make one feel nervous. I will definitely recommend using their service due to Kieran’s great customer service.
