Called to ask me if all was okay. Agreed it was, tried selling me a longer cover, so I went for it… Then got told they need to check something as I’m on a list to have a check for adhd. (NOT DIAGNOSED) Then later in the day, they’ve messaged to tell me there’s nothing they can do for me, even though the fella I spoke to prior said that it sounds perfect and all good

Honestly if you get to speak with Amy she was the best… I struggle with organising life insurance but she made it so easy and answered every question for me. Wasn’t pushy and let called me back when she said she would. I’d give these guys 5stars all day long

Advisor, Luke Maguire, was clear and patient with easy communication skills. I didn't feel 'pressured' into action towards that first step of getting that initial, updated quote from various insurers. I know where I stand now, so I have time to consider informed rates versus other considered options.

I was comfortable throughout the long call with Christian. He made everything easier to understand and was detailed in explaining and ensuring everything is clear, including the options that were available. I would definitely recommend.

I have had a couple of reasons for telephoning and have found on both occasions the person I spoke to was polite, helpful, respectful and patient, as I am disabled and are sometimes a little slow in my responses. It makes a welcome change not be patronised when my disability is disclosed.
