Spoke to Alice today regarding changing my current life insurance she was able to give me the clear in-detail knowledge to the new policy I was taking out alls whilst I had to children talking in the background,, really lovely staff member and the A-Z of terms, medical condition and legal side of things was brilliant highly recommend anyone who’s thinking about life insurance to give this company a call

I was satisfied with my policy and was then called out the blue for a “30 second call” that took 45 minutes. My policy is now un changed (or maybe for a less amount of time - to be honest, I’m unsure) but it’s costing me more money and from my experience, it will go up each year. So I’m hugely unsatisfied. I now have loads of things I need to check and send back when I’ve done it all before and like I said, was happy with my policy already and only entered into the call because I was told I could have the policy extended for less money - then at the last 5 minutes of the call this was all taken away and my time had been wasted.

The lady I spoke to Alice, was nice, friendly, funny and supper fast at saying all the jargon they have to say to you. She helped me extend my life insurance cover in under 30mins. I used this company originally to set up life insurance to ensure my family were cared for in the event I die. I highly recommend them

Spoke to an advisor called Ryan daly, wasn’t really happy with the phone call itself seemed very patronising and wasn’t really felt understood, quite abrupt and rude. I mean when talking about life cover some empathy should be shown and didn’t really feel any of that during the phone call. We had questions to ask and we felt left unsure about life cover. I would avoid and recommend going directly to the insurance companies rather than a broker. They get paid commission for doing a job you can easily do yourself. Weird really, but anyway, poor experience, decided to do it ourselves.
