Alice was extremely helpful and very importantly she listened. I have been a Protect Line customer for 4 years already and their service has usually been good anyway but sometimes when you request something specific. The response is always yes but the action can be different. Not with Alice. Every time I needed particular info or a specific time call back. She did it without fail. Now that’s service!
