I did get a good advice and got the insurance at the end, so no problem with the professionalism and the response time. But - come on guys - its XXI century, not XIX - spending 40 min on a phone answering the same questions that I have already filled in at some other comparison web sites... (facepalm)
Both gentlemen we spoke with where very polite and thorough they explained everything as clearly as possible. Helped with other queries and discussed other options for my new policy and possible upgrades to my husbands. Feel happy with the outcome of today and being able to accommodate contacting us around our very busy work schedules.
If I tell one of your advisors that I have already purchased insurance and do not require anything, I do not expect them to keep pushing for a sale and phoning me a dozen times over as I class that as harassment.
