From the beginning, Alex has been incredibly patient and understanding, especially given my limited free time and the delays I had in gathering some documentation. Our discussions had to be split over a couple of different time slots, but he never once made me feel rushed or pressured. What stood out the most was how clearly he explained my options each time we spoke—taking into account the fact that English is not my first language, he always made sure I felt confident in my understanding before moving forward. His professionalism, flexibility, and friendly approach made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and even pleasant. Contstan calls, I am not even a customer, i wanted a quote online, which they do not provide and is not made clear. then i get 2 or 3 calls a day for 2 WEEKS! from different numbers, all as Protect Line. You couldn't pay me enough to go for a company that harasses people like that. Avoid
