It was preassure sales I also explained that I have a policy ending in August so I wanted to see what's about, the sales person was polite and friendly but it was high preassure sales I will be stopping the direct debit with my bank until July because I can't afford to make two payments now.
Overall people were very helpful, friendly and explained things very clearly. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because I felt like I got passed around or calls from different people and had to explain myself a couple of times.
