He explained my cover to me in simple terms and was patient and allowed me to think about my choices before making a decision. Lots of good information and very nice agents. Reduced my monthly payments down giving me better information than previously. My only criticism is that the gentleman spoke too quickly and I had to ask him to repeat his self at least 8 times
