Can’t log in online. You do not answer or call people back. I’m starting to think I should change toll providers.
After trying for the 5 time calling in I talked to a very nice person who sounded like she was in the US and she handled the problem
So far PrePass has saved me lots of time bypassing scales; I am no longer waiting in line just to get a green light at the scale house. I’m getting the green light on the highway without slowing down or stopping.
The communication thru email is great. The actually keep you informed on what's going on with your account and any updates.

Well I've never hear of Golden Way trucking but a 20sec google search produced this # Tel: (331) 318-2505. Give them a call, see if you can make things right for them!
Look, it's simple.. Do you want to sit in line at every scale..? No.. well, this is the answer. Even if you only bypass one a day it's TOTALLY worth it .. and customer service is awesome too...
