Need to work on the app and website. No matter how many times I go through the steps I can't access anything on either. I have to call and spend 45+ min on phone because your app and website logins just repeatedly ask you to create a username and password.

Can not login. Called twice trying to get my password so I can login. I try to do through the app and the website and it doesn’t give me options to reset my password. I can’t login to my account. I finally had to resort to setting up payment for PrePass over the phone like we did in the 90’s
I was never given the green light when I went passed a scale when called about it was told my truck was to long for bridge law which I know is not accurate
