I paid my PrePass account monthly with a company check. First they send you a invoices 2 week before its due. So it's very important to send your payment ASAP otherwise yhey hit you with a $10 late fee. Next is they said I missed a payment. I looked online at my bank account and seen the check that I sent them was paid threw my bank. I sent them proof of that but it wasn't good enough. So they charged me another $10 late fee for that incident. So the last of several call to customer service I canceled my service with PrePass. The only reason they go 1 star is because you can't choose zero.

Once again this company lack of professionalism and not interest on resolving any issues even if both accounts have been paid upfront and full. Service was canceled before the year even when paid in full. Several phone calls same rude attitude. Took my money and run.

Most important issue is unsafety. Very often PrePass gives red or green signal too late, on the middle of Weight Station exit line. That's why I cannot beforehand take correct line, I may not be sure get bypass, so I have to take exit. Even in green bypass light become on, I cannot leave the exit line and return to interstate line with quick speed increase. The competitor system advice about a Station in 2 miles at first time and give me a Station decision about bypass on time. One more star I took off because of PrePass try to get unexpected charges. I used it during about one and half month. Advertising said about first month free but I was charge about $28. The company try to charge me for a transponder return cost too.

As an owner operator ability to PrePass weigh stations and pay tolls throughout the nation conveniently it saves me time and money instead of doing pay-by-plate Which is easily double in most states

The prepass doesn’t work to bypass scales. Except about half the time. Considering returning the unit.

You can start by having one billing cycle. I understand the contract that I signed, but you should really look at a thirty day billing or like the 1st and the 15th.

I am stationed in Las Vegas Nevada, and I really don’t like the fact Prepass doesn’t have a account for the Nevada commercial vehicle check points on I-15 North and I-15 South. I signed up with Prepass because of your popularity, and referrals.

They over charge you for tolls. Watch out for Phony charges. Don’t know how this is legal
