Hopefully never need item- & if/when it works!! As for the “experience” took SOOOO LONG TO RECEIVE!! WOW!!! Only reason not five stars!! Wait is too long for my taste. They’re not free- not inexpensive (but worth the price- again hopefully if/when needed ) & neither is shipping if you aren’t purchasing multiples. So why the long wait in this day & age??

I place an order toward the end of Dec and 4 weeks later haven't received my order. I've emailed the company and got no response. Looks like a scam!

Quick process from order to delivery.

Ordered 4 blankets in November still have not received, have had no response from emails and they’re not even answering phone calls. Major scam!!! Update: thanks for the response, I will believe it when I see it!!

On the 30th of October 2024 I ordered a 12 pack of fire blankets and paid in full by visa debit in CANADIAN currency of $176.81. I waited and then Canada Post went on strike, when the strike ended I emailed there customer support about my concerns on 19th December 2024, I received a response the same day stating “We guarantee delivery before December 24 for all orders placed by December 16th. Well the guarantee is worthless, so yet again another email was sent on 07 January 2025, but this time no response. I emailed again today 21 January 2025 and followed it up will a call to the 1888 457 2672 provided to me by a google search. I had the unfortunate opportunity to talk with Bheki from Customer Service and explained my situation yet again and his response was we are out of stock and not delivering to Canada at this time. I asked Bheki if the American customers were facing similar issues and he stated “no” He offered a refund, I declined I just want the product I paid for in full( 55 days prior to Christmas) as these were supposed to be Christmas presents, I asked if I will be sending these out as Valentine days or St Patrick’s day presents, he thought that was funny as he laughed. This was not amusing to me as a customer and I made sure he was made aware of that. Bheki stated I can call back in one week as they may have a shipment coming in maybe, My patience is wearing thin but my resolve hasn’t. Perhaps this company should be called UNPREPARED ZEROS as they are obviously put the media campaign ahead of the stock, delivery and customer service. I still have zero product I am 83 days and counting....

Great product, great customer service

So. I was a bit dubious about these blankets. While I was in hospital, having a knee replacement, the stove caught fire. My niece was here. She forgot all about the fire extinguisher but remembered the blanket! She threw the blanket on the stove and that was that! I am so impressed that I just ordered another 8 of them.

Fast shipping! I gave these as a gift for my kids in there home, they were happy. Something you don't think about until it's too late. Happy with the purchase.

Transaction for good - as for using product? - let’s just hope I will not need to use but nice to have the safety in place - ordered several to share my safe with family & friends.

it is a difficult situation as they were gifts and one for myself, and thank God I haven't had to use them to tell you what my review is.

As a senior citizen, I am always watching for outstanding items to purchase for my family's safety and Prepared Hero's flame retardant blanket really caught my eye. So for Christmas gifts, I decided to order 8 of them. When the order never arrived, I contacted Prepared Hero - especially since I am a retired teacher with very limited income. It turned out that the purchase had been delivered to the wrong address. I guess I typed in an incorrect address. Prepared Hero very kindly reissued the order. I am very grateful to this kind organization and can't wait to give my children and grandchildren the fire protection blankets!

First, offering such a unique & necessary (hopefully never NEEDED) item that should be in every home, office, & on your travels. The price is right, the item was shipped quickly & received eagerly. I have a grandson who is currently in college taking courses to become a firefighter; I can't think of a better way to honor him than being as prepared as possible.
