When I reached out to customer support I received confirmation that my order was received and was being processed although not yet shipped. Message from customer support was pleasant, thorough and apologetic. Reason for 4 star review. I was in no rush to receive the product. Although now it’s been two weeks since I ordered. It seems a bit slow for delivery. Just may mean that the product is in high demand and they’re busy. So good for the company. Would recommend that if order hasn’t been shipped within timeframe the product should be received (as suggested on company website), the company should send another email to customer confirming order is still being processed to alleviate any concerns about it being lost in the system.

In spite of the overwhelming orders that they appear to have received recently, they are doing the best they can getting orders out in a timely manner. They are responsive and kind when contacted.

Ordered product Nov. 24. Today is Feb. 3 and I still don't have my order. I've emailed 4x and called twice, each time I'm assured my order is coming soon. Will be asking for a full refund.

I think the product will be great. Looks well made. I would have given 5 but it took a long time and when I inquired, the answer was really not great - I wanted to know status and not that they were busy. Also - not happy with up-selling on way out and emails.

I placed an order for 8 fire blankets the first week in January. I had not yet received my order and the website mentions a quick delivery of one week or so. I reached out for the status of my shipment and received a response the next day, verifying my order was recieved and a time I can start to look for the delivery. I appreciate the prompt response to my inquiry.

The products are garbage! I paid for 2 privacy pens and a defense alarm. Both the pens won't even turn on and the defense alarm is an absolute joke! I can whistle louder then the alarm. My cell phone has a brighter light on it. Would not trust the company's products ever again! Save your money!

5 Star service for a 5 Star product in a timely manner.

We hope to never have to use our Prepared Hero fire blanket, but were excited to receive it after being reminded about fire safety recently. I had heard about this awesome product a while ago but recently saw a video about the need to have one on hand! Explaining to our kiddos about how to use the product if ever necessary, was a good opportunity to talk about fire safety. It definitely puts us more at ease to have a Prepared Hero fire blanket in our home!

It never arrived! Very disappointed.

My buying experience was simple, and due to a sale, I was able to purchase two items. I'm happy to feel that my family and I are now protected!

I didn't do 5 because luckily i have not had to try out the products-fire blankets and extinguisher-i loved how it was packaged-everything arrived safely-i love the hooks to hang up the blankets

I’m going to start by saying that I hope to never have to use this product. But I love the peace of mind that it gives me to own it. The simplicity of the fire blanket, and the ease of use shown in your videos is fantastic. My daughter had a kitchen fire on the stovetop years ago, and thankfully had a fire extinguisher nearby and was able to put the fire out quickly and without injury. But the mess after was rough to clean up! Shortly after that fire I saw an advertisement for your fire blanket and bought them for our home as well as for our adult children’s homes. That blanket would have been so much easier and cleaner. I recently bought 2 more fire blankets. I’m now keeping one upstairs near the bedrooms just in case we ever needed to evacuate and flames are close. It would be great to use as a personal safety shield. Thanks for creating an easy to use product.

I’m happy with the delivery and feel better knowing my children and I now have the protection in our home in case of a fire!

My blankets have long shards of fiberglass that are loose. These became embedded in my child’s hands and clothing. I have emailed the support email twice and after waiting several weeks I still have no response. It’s also interesting that in the review email if you click one star you are directed to a contact form for prepared hero but if you click 5 stars you have the opportunity to leave a review. Poor customer service.

I haven't used the fire blankets yet, but the customer service of this company was responsive and very helpful.

Product is great but took a little longer to ship…ordered 1/12 and wasn’t shipped until 1/23 and delivered on 1/28. Would like to see a little faster turn around time
